right-click IN LIBRARY to copy or move photos in a Collection to another collection

Either select an entire collection in the Collections panel on the left side of the LIBRARY main window, or select specific photos in the Grid view.  Right-click to copy or move the selected photos.  The right-click feature would bring up a list of target collections for the user to select a specific Collection target.

That already exists. Right-click on the destination-collection rather than on the selection.

After you Import to a folder, and you are culling/rating, etc - it would speed up workflow for Collection centric workflows to have a Favourites Collection capability.   All that interminable scrolling to portion the Collections sub-panel to the right point so you can drag images to it is a waste of time.  It would be like the Target Collection, on steroids.  Same capability but more 'targets'.

There is an easy work around for that. As you can search the collections list, you could add something to the name of your favourite collections, such as ... "Favourite". Then you can search on that word to get only your favourite collections.
