.RAF files display differently between Lightroom CC and Classic CC

Has anyone experienced Fujifilm .RAF RAW files displaying differently in Lightroom CC than Lightroom Classic CC. I am experiencing abnormal distortion in green foliage that looks like spirals and in images with thin vertical lines they appear to curve. I did not have this issue before changing to Lightroom CC. Is there any way to fix this?

Can we see screenshots to compare please? And in CC, at the bottom of the Info panel, does it say you have a smart preview or original locally?

These are the artifacts ive found, this is a local original. Apparently I was wrong and the issue is in both, I've only noticed it after I started using Lightroom CC. I have been looking up this issue and it seems to not happen when using an outside raw converter to DNG such as Iridium X transformer. I would prefer to keep using lightroom but the image artifacts are starting to be more pronounced as i start taking more day shots.

Hi Tyler, would you be willing to share the original RAF file with us at Adobe?  Thanks for your consideration.
