Problem printing large photos onEpson 9900.

When printing a 40" X 60" photo, with paper size set at 64"(height) x "44(width), lightroom sends a page feed and nothing else. I tried changing margins, making the photo an inch shorter, and nothing works. I noticed this about a month and a half ago. I tried printing a photo and the printer ejected a 64' length off of the roll and cut it. After trying a lot of things, I changed the margins to 2" on every side and it worked.
Today I used the 64" paper from the previous print and defined it as a sheet 64 x 44. Every time I tried printing the photo, the printer just ejected the whole thing. I disconnected the printer every time the long paper feed started, so that I did not have to feed it manually again. When I turned on the printer again, it would set the paper correctly. Finally, I changed the color management profile to "managed by printer" and the problem got solved.
So, this seems to me that LR has a problem printing large prints.
Anyone has this problem?

Thanks
