Photoshop/Lightroom: Wacom Intuos Sticky Command Key (Mac)

*ADMINS* - My previous post was merged with an unrelated *windows* bug... this is not the same issue, please keep this as in independent report please.
It seems the infamous sticky key bug from a couple years ago is back for me with Driver 6.3.29-6 on Mac High Sierra 10.13.4 and latest PS build, Latest Intuos Pro.
As Wacom support tends to go, I assume it will be a battle of blame shifting between Apple and Adobe, so figured I'd post here to see if anyone else is having issues.

Problem happens in both Photoshop and Lightroom, but not in finder.
