Photoshop/Lightroom: Ability to specify more Panorama Merge settings/options

I'd love to assist the pano merge process by explicitly telling photoshop/lightroom information such as:
  1.  which images are border images
  2. Define the actual grid -> if robot-shot, I have the actual overlap %
  3. Use azmith and angle data recorded into meta for each photo (RODEON)
  4. Loose assembly - guided assembly
Does LR/PS even look at the filename to assume sequence?

Id like to be able to define the centre of a panorama. I make 360 panoramas but cant find how to make a particular point the  centre of the image. I would like to be able to scroll it so that bit of the image move from one side to the other.. Of course this only can work with 360 panorama!! PTigui can do this but its algorithms aren't as good as LRs..
