Photoshop Fix on iPad resizes photo. How to prevent?

I use Adobe-LR on iPad. Select "Edit in..." "Photoshop Fix", where I edit the photo. everything works fine, except that the resulting JPG is resized. On my original RAW file, the long side is 4500 pixels, while the version saved by Photoshop Fix is only 2048 pixels.

How can I prevent this?

The photos held in the cloud are not full resolution, at least at this point in time.

Any way of overriding this for a given set of photos?

No. 2560px is currently the limit to the photos size that Lightroom Desktop will synchronize for Lightroom mobile. You could always put in a feature request at this site by posting and labeling it an idea instead of a question.

Just noticed that if I import a photo on my iPad with resolution 4000x6000, the image returned by Photoshop Fix still has longest edge 2048.

So it seems that there is some resizing done there as well.

But what I really want, is spot-removal in Adobe LR mobile :-)
