Photos appears as gray

I have few photos in my catalog that appears as gray.

They also are gray in develop-mode.

I can not open right click menu on this photos.

Only action on this photo is to assign a mark like the white or x-flack (button x). If i try to delete this photos by STRG + BACKSPACE an error is showing only deleting not gray photos.

I am not able to search for the source file of this photo to delete it directly on the storage.

I tried this https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/photos-appear-black-gray-rectangles.html but it wasnt a solution.

What can i do?

This is a known problem. Adobe is looking into it. Right now there isn’t much you can do about it, except exporting all the ‘good’ images as a new catalog and start using that as your main catalog.

1. Check GPU settings (on or off) and try a different setting. This is found in preferences. 2. It could be a faulty ICC display profile. Recalibrate and build a new one.
3. It could be how the profile was built. Set your software to build Version 2 (V2) not V4 profiles.
4. It could be the type of profile built. Try Matrix instead of LUT based profile. Again, that's a setting in whatever software you use to calibrate and profile the display.

Andy, this one is known by Adobe. At the moment there’s nothing that can be done I believe but wait until they’ve resolved.

Thanks. Independently if there is any workarround based on display profile settings ore else, Adobe cant presume that user should handle display profile settings in details. It should be fixed. Errors based on showing coding syntax is programmers fault.

Thanks for input.

Waiting.....
