paying for help?

I got "help", which really did no good. I see I was charged by Adobe $29. Is this usual? The person went into my Lightroom and did some things. I am left with the same problems. The brush is a disaster and it seems useless to me. It may be good only to erase time stamps and  few other things. Most of the time it does not help at all. You cannot get even close to an object without it repeating an image, no matter how you manipulate it. When my photo looks great on Lightroom, it is sometimes a disaster in Photoshop. It appears so overdone I cannot enter it in challenges. I will eventually be going to a site a Guru I know works with, and his photos are fantastic. I just have to learn it first. No help gotten.

No, it is not usual.
Alot of people can change their billing name to appear to be from legitimate companies. You may have been scammed.

I don't know what Adobe charges for customer service, though in fact, they sometimes do, depending upon your service contract. However, it sounds like you're trying to learn to use the Healing brush (not sure what it's called in PSE), and it isn't a very simple tool to use, even if it sounds like it should be.
You can help us help you if you'll take screenshots of what you're trying to do and what is happening when you try. Maybe then someone can figure out what is happening, if it's a problem, or if you need to watch a video or something to learn to handle the tool better.

As for color differences, are you color managed? That is, are you quite sure you're using the same working space in both LR and PSE, and is your file tagged (saved with embedded profile) and  your monitor calibrated? Color differences shouldn't be noticeable between Adobe apps in a controlled color environment, but it's very easy to overlook something when moving from one app to another.

It also helps if we know what version of the app you're using and what OS you're running.
