No option to create a collection from a pin in the map module
When I right-click on a pin in the map module I do not get the option to create a collection from the photos selected.
You can see below in the first screenshot that I have selected 2 photos by clicking on the pin, now yellow. In the second screenshot I have right-clicked on the pin, but the only option I have is to Add GPS Coordinates to Selected Photos.
These photos already have GPS coordinates, which is why they got selected when I clicked the pin in the first screen shot.
According to the LR online help, I should have a different set of options, one which allows me to Create Collection.
This doesn't look right to me.

Hovering over or left-clicking anywhere on the pin pulls up the preview window normally.
Right-clicking anywhere on the map, including the pin, only brings up the "Add GPS Coordinates to Selected Photos" menu choice.
However, I did manage to get the "proper" menu to come up very sporadically. It seems like there might be a single pixel somewhere in the pin that activates the menu?
The display I was using also seemed to impact the success rate. I was able to activate the proper menu maybe 1 out of every 100 attempts on a 2560x1440 display. On a 1920x1080 display, the success rate was probably more like 1 out of 25.
