LR Auto Continuing Import and Permission Issues

For years now, I have had recurring problems with the auto Import function with LR on computers using Windows. Several times now, Adobe Support has also worked on a permissions issue. This takes a substantial amount of my time. It would be very nice if Adobe would resolve these issues soon!
