Lightroom/Photoshop on Windows: Set Display Profile and Brightness for Calibrated Displays

When Lightroom CC for Desktop, Lightroom CC Classic, or Photoshop are started, they should tell Windows 10 to load a particular display profile (perhaps using a Spyder API call) and set the LCD laptop display to a particular brightness. This will help users who use calibrated displays to have a consistent editing session without having to remember to set these settings manually.
