Lightroom: Wrong context menu for Map pin in Windows

On Windows, when you right-click a Map pin representing multiple photos, you get the wrong context menu, showing just the command "Add GPS Coordinates to Selected Photos":

You should get the same context menu as on Mac, which includes many more additional commands:

The Windows context menu is the same as if you clicked anywhere else on the map (i.e. not on a pin).

The user tripping over this bug found lots of lines in AgCEFView.log like:
04/06/2019 12:10:05 TRACE Triggered urlHandler for id:25 url:http://app-storage:51000/location/Pin.M_N.png
04/06/2019 12:10:05 TRACE Trigger Ignored
Tested on LR 8.2.1 on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.14.3.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled No option to create a collection from a pin in the map module.

When I right-click on a pin in the map module I do not get the option to create a collection from the photos selected.

You can see below in the first screenshot that I have selected 2 photos by clicking on the pin, now yellow. In the second screenshot I have right-clicked on the pin, but the only option I have is to Add GPS Coordinates to Selected Photos.

These photos already have GPS coordinates, which is why they got selected when I clicked the pin in the first screen shot.

According to the LR online help, I should have a different set of options, one which allows me to Create Collection.

This doesn't look right to me.

Great that the bug has been acknowledged.

To answer a previous question from Johan Elzenga, the configuration where I noticed the problem is LR Classic 8.2 on Windows 7 - Home Premium Edition.

Cheers, Frank
