Lightroom v9.1 import issue - Drive is not visible at all if named with non english character! "ó"

Strange ! I imported like 50,000 pix from drives and folders named in Hebrew letters.

I'm not able to reproduce that problem on my LR 9.1 / Mac OS 10.16:



Have you tried restarting your computer?  Unfortunately, too many issues with LR are resolved by doing this.

If that doesn't help, Adobe is much more likely to address a problem quickly if they can reproduce it. As first steps in reproducing the problem:

- Copy/paste here the first ten lines from the menu command Help > System Info.

- In Finder, right-click the drive and do Get Info.  Include a screenshot of the General section, e.g.

Interesting... I have 10.13 High Sierra on the desktop (still the best Mac OS), never had a problem before like this with LR, only since a week maybe. Other interesting thing is, that I've just tried this thing on my 2015 15" macbook, which runs Mojave, and there's no problem like this... :-O  

Restarting? :-) Pls.. I always turn off and on the computer.

I was wondering if the drive was formatted as case-sensitive (LR has many issues with case-sensitive volumes) -- but your Fotó drive isn't.

That the problem occurs on 10.13 but not 10.14 suggests that the issue is related to 10.13 (perhaps a bad interaction with LR).  I no longer have a virtual machine running 10.13, so I'm not able to test that.

Yeah, okay, but why only now, with the latest update?? This is why I think, it's a bug in LR v9.
