Lightroom: SendNow plug-in

I love Lightroom, Photoshop, and SendNow! In Lightroom 3 we have the ability to use plugins to export our work to other locations, like Photomatix Pro, Facebook, and Flickr. But There is not one for SendNow, Use SendNow (which I do alot) I have to export to my desktop and then use my Sendnow desktop shortcut. Could we get a plug-in for Send now, or instructions on how to use SendNow directly from Lightroom 3?
