Lightroom: Nikon D70 tethered shooting support
It would be great if Lightroom added Nikon D70 support for tethered shooting. It works for many other Nikon cameras, and the D70 supports tethered shooting, so why not?

Adobe is using the Nikon SDK, and the D80 is likely the oldest one on the supported list.

You can use the included Image Capture app (found in the Applications folder) to control the function, then have Lightroom import from a watched folder ...
One additional advantage of Image Capture ... for such a simple free addition included with OS X ... it has the ability to invoke automatic interval timing for the attached camera ... make it quite useful for time-lapse efforts when the camera may not offer the function itself ...

I've used Image Capture as suggested but personally I like Lightroom's interface much better and was hoping that Lightroom would be able to take advantage of the same interface that Image Capture and others appear to be using.
Thanks!

If not, Adobe, who relies on the SDK, will likely not.
