Lightroom: Is the LR 4 Beta for Windows/PC different than the Mac version?

The PC version of LR4 beta looks different than the MAC version. The adjustment brush tool set on my MAC is double the size of my PC version. The PC version looks the same as LR 3. Is this a glitch, oversight or are you preferring APPLE ?
