Lightroom: Instructions for buying standalone / perpetual / single-app license don't work

The instructions for buying a standalone / perpetual / single-app license for Lightroom 6 no longer work: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-single-app-Lightroom-6.html . They just provide the option for buying the subscription.  

I tried this in Chrome and Safari, with all cookies and browser cache cleared, logged into and not logged into an existing Adobe ID -- same results.

Excellent. The current instructions are just wrong:

"Scroll to find Photoshop Lightroom, and click Buy now."

You have to find "Photoshop Lightroom 6", not "Photoshop Lightroom".

Currently Lightroom 6.x (Perpetual) is available and Lightroom CC2015.x (Subscription) is available. Adobe doesn't normally comment on the existence of or the time frames for unreleased products.

Yeah, Ian Lyons gave the link to someone on the Lightroom forum this morning. I had tested it previously and got the same results that you had. I wondered if it was because I am using the Creative Cloud.  Apparently not. It's hard to know what to do anymore.

Lightroom 6 exists. When you find the product Rikk Flohr described above, it is vital to click the button "Boy now". Otherwise you will be sent to CC products. The Help article is still wrong -- it says "Scroll to find Photoshop Lightroom", rather than "Scroll to find Photoshop Lightroom 6":



Since "Photoshop Lightroom" occurs first in the scrollable list, there is still confusion.

I am facing the same problem too. Trying to purchase Lightroom 6. I have got in touch with Chat help on 3 different occasion but after serveral days, got routed to call the sales team. Clicking all the link above routes me to a merchant for CC subscription. I clicked on this link. Is there a third party site which I can get the serial instantly from Singapore. Major waste of time.
