Lightroom improvements in Import menu

I was importing a lot of photos the other day, and had forgotten to clear off my SD card before I started shooting for the day. It took about 15-20 minutes to go through and manually select every single photo I wanted to import, which gave me an idea. I love that in Library and Develop mode you can CTRL+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple photos at once; it would be a huge time saver if customers were also able to do this in the import menu to select multiple groupings of photos instead of checking them off one by one.

You know you can do this already? Ctrl or shift click to select multiple photos, then click the checkbox to toggle all of the selected checkboxes at once.

I had given this a try before assuming it was possible and it didn't work, maybe I just misclicked somewhere. I guess I was wrong, thank you!

Victoria's right! Shift-Click is "contiguous" selection, Command (Control on Win)-Click is "non-contiguous" (jump around).
