Lightroom: How do I create an album?

What version of Lightroom are you using? There is Lightroom for iOS, Lightroom for Android, Lightroom for desktop computers and Lightroom Classic for desktop computers.

Can you explain your use of the word "Album".  In LR lingo, an "Album" is a group of images in the cloud based eco system (e.g. Lighrtoom mobile) and are similar to "collections" in LR Classic.  So, I'm not clear if you are actually referring to the cloud based "Albums"  or you are meaning something else, like creating a book or LR Classic collection or creating a folder on your disk drive with a set of selected Jpg images.
