Lightroom: Handle settings in Healing and Adjustment brushes the same way

With the adjustment brushes, if you change a preset setting after using the brush (with the area active), it only applies to that instance.  If you change it before using the brush (no active area), it applies to that brush until you change it again.  With the healing brush, a change applies to all subsequent uses.  This means two trips to the panel when you need to make a change; once to change, and then again to change back.

I suggest making the healing brush like the adjustment brushes; a change with an active area applies only to that instance.

This would be a big help to workflow, as I often change Opacity depending on what I am editing, and use settings of 30, 40, 60, 80 and 100.  And sometimed need to make a change on one instance.
