Lightroom: crop in reference view • disable warning

Dear LR developers,
may I ask for a "Don't show again" checkbox when cropping images in reference view.

I work a lot in reference view. When I try to crop an image I always get the warning:
"Selecting the Crop Tool will exit Reference View".I know that! It would be nice to have a "Don't show again" checkbox .
Just like other warnings.

This slows down my workflow since I have to close the warning every time.

Could you please add that.... and tons of speed in general.

Thanks!
Dan

Thanks Simon,
shouldn't be too hard to make it happen :)

Agreed - though I would entirely suppress the dialog box.

It's a nice to have for beginners: But as a LR pro I'd need to opt out.

I just don't think beginners need it - you see Crop drops you out of Reference view, so you understand that's what happens.

Also consider switching from Reference to Before/After. It also drops you out of Reference View, but there's no dialog box of any kind.

For me, the solution should be not removing the warning but making available the usage of crop tool in the reference view. So this warning is just a workaround for a non-finished, non-complete feature. Please get rid of this limitation.
