Lightroom crashes when trying to open another catalog

Almost every time I have Lightroom open and running a catalog and then try to switch to another recently used catalog the computer blue screens. Also, when using the zoom feature it works perfectly when LR first opens then as time goes by it starts acting weird and stuttering and slowing down and switching back and forth between windows like to Photoshop or even other programs. I have to restart LR to get it back to functional. It takes about 30 minutes for it to progressively get to the point where the zoom feature is unstable and needs LR restart. The bluescreen part started after a recent LR update. The zoom malfunctioning started a while back after a LR update.

The issues also occur with the GPU option disabled in preferences.

All drivers are up to date and the system has been fully stress tested with Performance Test.

All other applications like Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, and Capture One run smoothly.

I don't find any crash reports but I am not surprised. Blue Screen typically = hardware problem.  The OS is crashing and no Adobe Crash log is created or sent.

Microsoft should be saving some logs to help you troubleshoot the bluescreen (memory, video, hard drive, etc)
