Lightroom Crashes on MacOS 10.11 El Capitan

Lightroom CC 2015 crashes on Startup with os x el capitan. with message: failed to create folder Filter Presets etc.
Its a fresh Lightroom Install!

Anyone else getting the new version of CC crashing under El Capitan? I go into grid mode, scroll up and boom - program crashes every time. Tried re boot, turned off the Hide Top Menu Bar option in El Capitan, even tried the signing out and in again of Creative Cloud - no luck.
