Lightroom: Control over what EXIF and IPTC data is exported

The Lightroom export module has a checkbox called "Minimize Embedded Metada".

(1) This still lets some fields through. I had my name stored in a field and it was not taken out.

(2) I would like finer control over what gets taken out.

(3) I would like to be able to see the result.

Minimize Embedded Metadata retains the copyright information and colour profile.

While I agree it'd be nice to have more control, you may like to investigate Jeffrey's Metadata Wrangler plug-in, if you haven't already. http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-good...
