Lightroom Classic: Why is the folder I want to drag and drop photos into so faint? On Mac it's blue

Why is the folder I want to drag and drop photos into so faint? On a Mac it lights up in bright blue, on PC only a small change from the background.

What version of Mac and Lightroom Classic are you using?
Do you think this issue started appearing after a Lightroom Classic update?

Thanks,
Sunil

I'm using a PC but when I look at YouTube videos it's usually done with a Mac and that's why I'm wondering why my LR does it this way. I'm on the latest version of LR, but it has always been this way.

Can confirm... blue highlights in OSX and almost invisible highlights in Windows10.

I am seeing similar highlighting of selected folders in Mac and Windows. What OSx Version?  Do you have Dark Mode enabled?

I'm on a PC Win10 with latest version of LR Classic and I don't have Dark Mode enabled. It would be good if the PC version of LR behaved in the same way as the Mac OS. If the folder you want to drop your photos into turns blue it would be less chance of dropping in the wrong folder

What I am saying is that I don't see the blue on Mac...  Windows and Mac behave the same for me. There must be something about the Macs that is set up differently than my Mac.  The Windows behavior is correct and how it has always been.

I need the Mac users to provide more information so we can determine why they are highlighting in Blue.

Rick, i'm seeing the blue on my MBP running dark mode Mojave and LR 8.1.
And i've just found the source of the color... system prefs>general>highlight color.

Is there a Win10 equivalent to "system prefs>general>highlight color"?
