Lightroom Classic: Upgrade Stuck at Migrate Settings

My upgrade is stuck at "Migrate Settings Table."  My second attempt is now at 53 hours for an 8GB folder.  CPU usages stays around 13%.  Disk usage never exceeds 100k.

Core i7-3820

SSD 850 EVO 750GB with 360GB of free space.  The images are stored on a 4TB secondary drive.

Windows 10 Pro

In the last 53 hours the lightroom folder has increased from 8 to 10GB.

Guidelines for catalog upgrade :

1. Copy your Lr6 catalog file (only the lrcat file) to an internal drive, where available space is more than twice the size of your catalog. if(your catalog is 10 GB, I recommend you to have available disk space upto 25 GB) .

2. Clear any temp files in the directory where the lrcat file is present.

3. Check if your catalog opens in previous version of Lightroom (6.12)

4. If it does then try optimizing it , File -> Optimize catalog.

5. After optimizing. close all applications. Clear any temp files further created in the directory.

6.  Disconnect any external drives connected.

7. Try upgrading your catalog with new LR Classic CC.

If you still face issues, please share your catalog with us. (Zip it, upload it to dropbox, share the link over private message), we will try to debug your problem asap.

1.  Space, check.
2.  Done.
3.  Yes, it opens and seems to work correctly.
4.  Done.  It took 30 seconds.
5.  Done.
6.  Done.
7.  Fail.

The solution was to open the catalog in LR 2015 and fix the few missing image problems in the database.  It converted the catalog in about 2 minutes once the folders were merged.

Still stuck at "Migrate Settings Table". I tried all the steps described above, including catalog optimization, deleting missing images and reducing the catalog to last two years. Please help!

Did everyone update your Lightroom Classic CC recently? We have rolled out a patch.

Open Lightroom Classic CC -> Help -> System Info -> Lightroom Classic version: 7.0.1 [ 1142117 ] should be present.
