Lightroom Classic: Stuck on syncing. Rebuild sync data did not help.
Hello, my lightroom classic cc (latest version 8.4) on Mac was stuck on syncing several photos. I read about hot to resolve the issue. I paused syncing, restarted lightroom, the laptop, the internet, then nothing happened. Then I pressed rebuild sync data. The images started to sync again but now it's stuck on syncing even more images. Also edits I make to some collections don't get synced to the cloud as well. This is crucial to my work, so I need a fast fix. Deleting all the sync files and uploading them again could not be a solution, as I have over 30 000 images synced. But I cannot sync new images.

Try signing out of LR (Help > Sign Out) and then restarting LR while signing in again.
Also, see if you can identify the photos. It may not really matter that LR is saying they haven't synced properly. Alternatively, you may be able to remove them from the synced collection, clearing the message, and then add them back again.

I've also Rebuild Sync Data three times this week as after each day the "Syncing xx xxx photos" has stalled.
Now I generated the same Diagnostic Report as suggested to Kristian Karaneshev and uploaded it here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ndgaw26lqqqwqln/LrSyncDiagnostic.zip?dl=0
Could you take a look on it soon please, ragrawal?
I have 45.558 photos on All Synced Photographs and 234.930 photos in my LR Classic Catalog.
EDIT: I should add that previously I've run into same problem once before Rebuild Sync Data did solve the issue. This time prior to this I had to restore a previous LR Catalog from a backup (there had been a keyboard shortcut misstep that I didn't see soon enough and closed LR before realising I've accidentally changed all 3-to-5 star photos in my LR Library to 1 star ratings).

I see several different sync numbers.
On top of Lightroom classic 83.891 pictures will be sync. In the sync folder I see 14.487 pictures and in the settings area I see 101.848. Let me say in the cloud with Lightroom CC are >106k. And I want to mention, that in settings uploads/downloads/waiting are shown with 0...
So who can help with this problem?

Hi everybody,
I am have the same problem as described in this post; unfortunately, I don't see any solution so is it a way for Adobe support team to provide help on this please ?
The diagnostic report is here:

I just migrated my data to a Macbook Pro 16", may be an explanation ?
I am also surprised because lightroom is not as fast as expected on this new powerful machine (was almost unusable on my Macbook Pro 15" 2013).
Maybe something is wrong with my catalog ?
I would really appreciate any help.
