Lightroom Classic: Slow developing images

I've upgraded Lr classic 7, and was looking forward to enjoying the new features. To my great disappointment Lr started working so slowly that I can hardly process my photos in it. It annoys a lot just to list presets, to say nothing to work in develop mode.  How can I fix this problem? Can I upgrade it one more time? I'm not happy with reinstalling Lr because I don't want to lose my albums, which I  had once in my practice..

Lr Classic 7 launches slow? Do you have lots of custom develop presets?  But once Lr has fully launched, is it still slow?

Yes it is, it is slow with scrolling presets (there's quite a bunch of presets in my Lr), using Develop mode, just to use  radial filter, whatever. I use it for more than a week after I upgraded Lr and  nothing happens that could improve its speed, I never had this problem with previous version of Lr,
Thank you for your attention, Marina

Marina,

Lightroom 7.3.1 was released earlier today. It would be prudent to update to this and see if you are still seeing the slowness described above.  Let us know how it goes.
