Lightroom Classic: Slideshow: Preview, Play, and Export Video... disabled; Export PDF enabled

When using the Lightroom Slideshow module, Preview, Play and Export Video are grayed out. Export PDF is enabled. Why can't I use the module? I even tried making a minimal slideshow with two photos (both landscape orientation), and had this problem.

I notice in your attached system info this line:
"Check OpenGL support: Failed"

This looks like your Graphics Card may be failing Lightroom's tests. You may need to go to your video card manufacturer's website and download their latest driver and install it.
