Lightroom Classic: Settings not working from a 6d mk2 raw
Hi,
I have a problem with Lightroom and my 6d MK2. When I export the jpeg from a RAW file, the settings are not applied (for ex: there is no noise reduction on the exported jpeg file even if I maximise the noise reduction in LR,..). When I do the same from a jpeg file, it works, the settings are applied and the noise reduction is fine. I tried to do the same with a RAW file from my Canon 450d and its working as well.. I think there is a problem with the RAW files from a 6d mk2? Something is locked somewhere but I cant find the solution.. I tried all the settings from the export window in LR. thx for your help.

Reset Procedure:
1. Close Lightroom.
2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
4. Close Lightroom.
5. Restart Lightroom.
After performing the reset, attempt an export of a raw file with severe noise reduction again and let me know the results.

Is it normal that all the treatlent settings are still there when I open the catalog? (after the reset)
Do you think I should update the firmware to 1.0.3?

Now I have a problem to export to DNG, my develop module is now disabled,..
I'll try to take new pictures after the firmware upgrade.

Your LR System information is showing as a "trial" version and it probably has expired.
Lightroom Classic version: 7.3 [ 1164630 ]
License: Trial
BTW- I see no noise in either of the posted screenshots. As already mentioned you need to use 1:1 Zoom View when adjusting AND reviewing images for Sharpening and Noise Reduction.
