Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing so someone can help? Do you have 'Include Subfolders' selected in the left panel?

Hi Jerry,
thanks for your reply.

This problem occurs with both NEF files (Nikon) and RW2 files(Lumix).
Attached are screen shots when I select my card as a device (1st screen print) and when I select it from the list of files. I have selected the  "include sub directories" option.
I have just upgraded to catalina as well as upgrading to the latest Lr Ps and BR so I'm in a world of pain!!

Oh dear - so it may be one of the Catalina compatibility issues. I can't say myself but will wait for someone else/ Adobe to chime in.

I would also go to Help>System Info and paste the first 30 or so lines here(up to Graphics Processor Info), just so they have enough information

Yeah, it's a known issue on Catalina. In many cases, it'll work ok if you select it in the Files section at the bottom, as in your second screenshot, but it appears to depend on how the card was formatted. Best workaround for now would be to copy the images to your computer hard drive and import them from there.
