Bart,

I haven't seen any reports of this but I agree the behavior is weird. You don't mention (and I can't tell from the video) which computer/OS you are using. I tried to duplicate on Mac OS10.13.4 and Windows 10 but couldn't.

You mention that you can see it on both screens. Are both attached to the same computer or are they different computers?

I would first try a preference file reset. Sometimes weird behavior is corrected/cured by resetting the preferences.
Reset Procedure:

1. Close Lightroom.
2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
4. Close Lightroom.
5. Restart Lightroom.

Does the behavior continue after resetting the preferences?

If the preference file reset doesn't accomplish anything, then I would start looking at the video driver (Windows) and go to your video card manufacturer's website to download and install the latest driver (Don't rely on Windows Update).

Thank you. I had the same problem after installing Lightroom on my new 2019 macbook. Resetting preferences solved this issue.

I have this too, on both monitors, in MacOS 10.13.4 (High Sierra).

It is intermittent.

I'll try the preferences reset.

If resetting preferences doesn’t help, try unchecking Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor.
