Lightroom Classic m8.1 build 1200465: Strange behaviors

Win 10 Pro X64; i7-4790k; 32GB mem, GeForce GTX 750 Ti

After updating to LR CC 8.1 (1200465) I'm seeing some really buggy behavior.

First, after placing a spot edit such as a radial filter or adjustment brush, the handle disappears, making it impossible to select the handle in order to update the settings.

Second, and this is not 100% repeatable, as I move the mouse around the edit history panel fills up with "Camera raw settings" lines, as shown in the attached screenshot.  The number of entries increases with each movement of the mouse.

Closing and reopening LR stops the spurious history entries but does not restore the tool edit handles.

These are serious bugs... when can we expect a fix?

I was wondering about those Camera Raw Settings. I don't seem to have this exact behavior but a lot of my photos have these spurious entries in the history. I was suspecting this occurs with synced folders and/or LR Mobile touching images.

I don't use synced folders OR mobile at all.  The entries appear rapidly as I move the mouse over the image.

The missing Edit Pins problem seems to be due to LR deciding to turn off the display of the pins on its own.  Although I've never touched the setting, the "Show Edit Pins" setting was set to OFF.  Turning it back on restored the pins.

Jim, you probably accidentally hit the H key - that hides the edit pins.

I am experiencing the same thing with the disappearing pins. I use the H shortcut all the time, so when I don't see my pins, pressing H is the first thing I do. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I *think* what I do to fix it is select another photo from the filmstrip, then go back to the photo I was working on.

Not meaning to throw a monkey wrench into the works, but I'm fairly sure I was encountering this behavior before the latest update.

Windows 10. Other config options available if requested. Didn't provide them now because i don't have access to my computer right now.
