Lightroom Classic: Filter photo and video when importing from SD card

Please allow us to have more options when importing the photos(we could only choose which album to import now)For example, we should be able to choose the file type, date, camera and lens

Hi,are you talking about LR Classic or LR CC? In Classic Import window you can sort the files based on file type, file extension etc and select only the files you need.Thanks

It does not seem useful, since it imports from a single SDcard at a time and in principle, this card comes out of a single camera!
