Sorry about the error when starting Lightroom Classic -- Which version of Windows are you using?
Did either of you try uninstalling, and reinstalling Lightroom Classic?
Does a reboot of Windows make any difference?

If so, have you tried Uninstalling Lightroom Classic, disabling McAfee, then Reinstalling Lightroom Classic from the CC Desktop application?
Any progress after that sequence of steps?
Let us know here.

Pete
