I'm a bit puzzled where this comes from. You talk about 'Lightroom CC', but Lightroom CC does not have an Export menu. Lightroom Classic CC does, but that is not limited to 255 ppi. I have several presets that export at 300 ppi.

I have just tried to export with 600 dpi and it seemed to work. 300 works fine anyway.

Cool!

Just out of curiosity, what version of Lightroom are you using?
