Lightroom Classic: Export function and EXIF/IPTC data

Struggling with LR Classic exports to Flickr. When I export from LR, if I go with "Copyright Only" or "Copyright and Contact Info Only", it strips out all my keywords (tags). If I go with any of "All Except Camera Raw Info", "All Except Camera and Camera Raw Info", or "All Metadata", I get all my keywords, but also a truckload of unnecessary metadata. Can't seem to find a solution to this. It would be ideal to be able to export with minimal (selected) camera info plus copyright.
