Lightroom Classic: edits in the development module are not being reflected, but library module shows that they were done.

My edits are not being reflected in the picture in the development module (like adjusting my whites,) but are reflected in the library module.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom Classic latest update and it works for a little bit, then starts again.  I am not having this issue when I use my laptop to work on pictures, just my desktop.  This is very annoying since my desktop is my primary computer and where everything is backed up.

What happens if you uncheck Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor? Which OS are you using? The contents of Help menu > System Info might offer us some clues.

Victoria, it was already unchecked.  I am using Windows 10 Home, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.371

Nancy,

Your first stop would be to go to your desktop's video card manufacturer's website and download the latest driver version for your video card. Note that the Windows Update site will likely not have the latest version.

After installing this driver, do you still have the issue?
