Lightroom Classic: Displaying strangely on second monitor

Greetings Neil,

Can you get me the resolution for each monitor as configured in Windows?
Also, can you go to the Lightroom Preferences>Interface tab and get us the setting for your Font Scaling?

Surface pro - 2736x1824 & 200% (both recommended).Dell monitor 1920x1080 & 100% (both recommended).

What happens if you set both to native resolution (100%)?

I changed the surface (monitor 1 in above diagram) to 100% and the all the apps shrunk so much you could hardly read the text.

Does the size remain consistent now when dragging between monitors with both monitors set to 100%?

The sizing is still wrong. Re interface>font size - it was set to auto. I have tried with small/medium/large but still showing incorrectly on the external monitor.

... of monitors which are not compatible with surface pro ..... and mine is on the list!!! I am not best pleased!!! I won't try any further fixes ... will wait and see if microsoft/dell sort themselves out. If it goes on much longer I'll change monitors, which is a bit of a shame (and not cheap!),
