Lightroom Classic: Date/Time Issue

In your screenshot, the top folder 2019 is highlight. When LR imports a photo, it's going to make the subfolder 2020\2020-11-23 underneath that top level 2019:

2019\2020\2020-11-23

To fix that, go to Import, and in the Destination panel, click on the "DATA (D:)" drive, then click Done.  

Now, when you do an import, LR will create 2020\2020-11-23 at the top level of the D: drive.

Of course, you have all those existing folders under the top-level 2019:

2019\2010

2019\2011

2019\2012

...

If you want to move those to the top-level out from underneath the top-level 2019, it will take some tedious careful steps, since the top level already has 2102, 2013, ... 2018.

Go to Library view. In the Folders panel, expand 2019\2012.  Select all the subfolders of 2019\2012 and drag them onto the top level for 2012.  Repeat for the other subfolders under 2019.

Some initial troubleshooting steps:

1. Triple-check that the camera clock is set to 2020.  (I've made that mistake in the past.)

2. When you say "importing into 2019", do you mean they are going into the folder tree named 2019, or does the Metadata panel show a Capture Date of 2019?

Can you post a screenshot of the Destination panel in the Import window?  Like this:

Ok, so now you can see that 2020 has a sub folder, but there are subfolders for every year under 2019. This is what I wish to be corrected, I only want one year folder total. Thank you so much for your support, very appreciated! :)
