Lightroom Classic: Color Grading Panel

The program on the left is Nobe Omniscope, a scope utility, which works in many video editing programs and also as a standalone to analyze what's on your screen. 

Capture One color wheels use the same orientation as the Adobe Lightroom Classic color wheels.  However, in my experience, going back to 1980, all professional vectorscopes, both software and hardware, orient the color wheels the other way, i.e., rotated, with red at around 11'clock.

The more programs you could list, the more likely you might influence Adobe.   E.g. how do Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Resolve do it?

I don't use Premiere, but Resolve3 and FCP both use the traditional orientation for the color wheels, i.e., red in "upper left"
