Lightroom Classic CC v7.x/CC v1.x Install issue

When I tried to install it, I would get Error 156 since my Documents and Desktop were not on my OS/program drive.  See my forum page: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2418611 for details. 

I ended up having to move the Documents and Desktop back to the defaults, then it installed correctly.  There is no reason for it to need to access the Documents, and not being able to put the shortcut on the desktop should be a warning, not a fatal error (The shortcuts have already been deleted).

The installer needs to be corrected, as the OS drive is not the best location for data files.
