Lightroom Classic CC 7.2 Bug: Edit in Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 doesn't work after a previously edited file has been moved to another folder.
File.psd in Folder A is used to Edit a Copy using the "Edit in Adobe Photoshop CC 2018" command. After changes are saved in Photoshop, the edited file is returned to Lightroom under the external file name specified under Preferences. The default in this example is File-Edit.psd. This is normal behavior. However, the moment File-Edit.psd is moved to another folder, Folder B, for example, if I want to repeat another edit of File.psd in Folder A, the operation in Lightroom never happens. Photoshop does not launch and a progress bar in Lightroom displays but doesn't do anything. Behind the scenes, using Explorer, the new File-Edit.psd is created in Folder A.
I was able to reproduce this bug on two machines running Windows 10, Lightroom Classic CC 7.2 and Photoshop CC 2018.

Next suggestion is to reset LR's Preferences file, try again, and then reset PS's Preferences file if the issue persists.
Close Lightroom and rename the Lightroom Preferences file by adding .OLD to the file name as shown below. When Lightroom is restarted a new Preferences file will be created.
Windows 7, 8 & 10
C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences\LightroomVERSIONPreferences.agprefs.OLD
If still no change close Photoshop and rename the Photoshop Preferences file by adding .OLD to the file name as shown below. When Photoshop is restarted a new Preferences file will be created.
Windows 7, 8 & 10
C:\Users/[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AdobePhotoshopVERSION\AdobePhotoshopVERSIONSettings\AdobePhotoshopVERSIONPrefs.psp.OLD
If the issue isn't fixed the original Preferences files can be easily restored by deleting the new files and removing .OLD from the original files. Make sure to restart both Lightroom and Photoshop to restore the original Preferences settings.

Clean Install of Windows 10 Home -latest version 1709
Clean Install of Lightroom Classic CC 7.2 -latest version using default catalog
Clean Install of Photoshop CC 2018 -latest version 19.1.2
Note: I am using default settings here.
This problem is reproducible as initially described on multiple machines.

Any one else landing here with Windows 10 please confirm if you are seeing the same issue using LR 7.2. Thank you!
