Lightroom Classic: Adjustments by sliding the photo

in lightroom CC classic, under HSL, we have the option of either using the main side menu sliders to make adjustments, or we can click on the small slider icon which allows us to click on the photo and detail a specific pixel area to adjust by holding the right mouse button and sliding up or down on the photo.  I have not been able to find a key combo etc to activate this feature in Lightroom CC.   is it available - or will it be in a future update? it is such a great tool
