Lightroom Classic: Adding new functions is too slow in my opinion

I don't understand why Lightroom programists are focusing on such no needed functions in this app instead to add something helpfull and really needed ? Why they added local Hue slider and not added local curve possibility either? Why the way you can zoom out and zoom in your photos suck for such a long time. I need smooth zooming but Lightroom know better and imposes his own way on me. another udpate and only some minimal minor changes. I think that You are still playing for time with all the users. I'm always disappointed a little bite every time.

I'm really confused by the new hue tool too... i can think of a dozen other new types of color controls which would be wildly more useful than this one. They could have also simply added a Colorize button to the color overlay tool and the results would have been the same. Or implemented the long-standing feature request to add the HSL panel to local...

That's right, I completly agree with you. That's why I'm a bit frustrated too. I woul like to have an nice option button to copy for example tone panel sliders only form one photo to another. Very useful option it would be. I thing I have to wait something about 10 years to appear something like that ;)

For me the new Hue slider is WAY more useful and was definitely a needed missing element in the Local Adjustment tools.  A local Curve adjustment is low on my list, probably not even on the list.  I can certainly adjust the tones with the other local adjustment sliders but I couldn't adjust the hue.

is it more useful than having the HSL panel in local? Do you often need to move the Hue more than that tool allows?

Don't you know the power of curve tool? Beside you will could to set every channel red blue and green as a layer with  gradient tool and after that you can increase or decrease how strong the shape of every curve is. Just briliant possibilty. But Lightroom don't want be better than photoshop. That's why they don't devlope professionaly this app.

I don't need or want to have the whole HSL panel in local.  I figured out how to get what I need for hue using the range mask and the HSL(exposure for L) sliders in the local adjustments.  The local hue slider has a 360 degree range so I am not sure what you mean my "move the hue more".  
The point I was addressing is the OP stated a Hue slider in Local was not useful.  I find it VERY useful, even in its current form.  Adding other sliders or improvements to the Hue slider in Local Adjustents is not a high priority for me as the hue slider works well and was a needed addition.   There are a lot of other things that need fixed (bugs) first.

I meant move the hue more than what's already available in Color Mixer (HSL). And the workflow you're using for local, is a workaround for not having HSL in local. All we're asking for here is that the Color Mixer be added to local. This has been a feature request since v1.

I have never needed more adjustment than is present in the Color Mixer(HSL) panel.  I definitely don't need the 360 degree hue range that is in the Local Hue.  The Hue slider was a GREAT addition to the Locals and works very well.

So there are many people who wanted this.

Yeah people wantend all Hue, Saturation and Luminance. Lightroom give us just Hue ;)

Huh? Robert, so what you're saying here is that you do want and need the the HSL controls in local, but since they haven't been implemented, you've figured out a workaround? That's great for you, but i think most of us here would prefer an intentional implementation.

Eartho. You apparently dont know how to use the local sliders if you think it is a workaround.  I’m happily using HSL in local, i dont care if others don’t find it useful.

Well Kacper, maybe you're not aware of this, but Lightroom gave us saturation and luminance local sliders a decade ago, and it gave it the ability to limit the local adjustments to a particular color with the range mask a few years ago, so the only thing missing was the local hue slider.

Ok you are right. I just discovered it. But the only think is that now it's a bit coplicated to manage all these sliders together and connecting it to a local part of the photo. It's getting a little crazy now. I like simplicity and transparency. Finally I would like to see local curves too. And how to change the luminocity of orange locally of course for example?
