Lightroom Classic 8.4.1 Panorama Bug
I just ran into a new problem when creating a non HDR Panorama with stacked images. When I have a set of bracketed stacked images in the Grid mode, I select the top images and go to the menu Photo/Photomerge/Panorama. The problem is Lightroom skips the dialog box and creates separate files from the selection. If you select two , it will create two more images with the Projection mode applied to them individually. It will not create a combined single panorama image. davidg36166309 just helped me find out than when I unstacked the images and created the Pano with the same files while not in a Stack, it successfully goes to the Panorama window and creates a combined panoramic image.

This is expected behavior.
With 8.4, We've added Batch Merge where in user can create stacks and start batch merge operation on all the stacks in a single operation.
