Not a problem

Lightroom Classic 8.4: TAT adjustment tool on HSL or Black & white panel doesn't work (Windows 10)

Clicking to activate the TAT tool on Hue, Saturation or Luminance shows it is engaged but the cursor only zooms the main window when the mouse is clicked in the main window, no sliders in the HSL panel move. if the before and after views are open the TAT works, only on the current view single frame image where there is a problem

Hey Larry, please share more details regarding the machine that you're using, and your workflow (a screen recording to show the issue will be helpful). I used the TAT in HSL panel for all three sections and it is working as expected.

Thanks Paven,  I turned Lightroom off last night, started it back up and all is fine now, the spacebar does toggle the TAT between the crosshair and hand but only when I hold the spacebar down, maybe the spacebar was stuck yesterday and because I didn't know the shortcut I might have unstuck it, may never now now! Thanks for your help!

Hi Larry! Make sure that you don't have anything heavy accidentally pressing the spacebar on your keyboard while the TAT is active. Pressing the spacebar temporarily changes your mouse into a magnification (if you click) or hand tool (if you click & drag). This is the expected behaviour in several adjustment tools (so not a bug, unless nothing's on your spacebar and your spacebar's not stuck).

Hope this helps!

Thanks Ed, I didn't know that keyboard shortcut! I turned Lightroom off last night, started it back up to test your suggestion and all is fine now, the spacebar does toggle the TAT between the crosshair and hand but only when I hold the spacebar down, maybe the spacebar was stuck yesterday and because I didn't know the shortcut I might have unstuck it, may never now now! Thanks for your help!
