Lightroom Clasic CC: Add an Option in Presets to Auto Focus a Specific Panel

In a nutshell, an adjustment panel automatically receives focus when a user defined preset is selected.

The setup: In the New Develop Preset dialog, add a drop-down menu that lists the panel (Basic, Tone Curve, etc.) that will receive the focus when the preset is used.  A good place for the drop-down might be under the Group drop-down.

Functionality Example: Assume a preset has been created for Sharpening and that the Detail panel was selected during the creation of the preset. During the editing of a photo, the Basic panel currently has focus. When the above mentioned preset is used, the Detail panel automatically receives focus and the end user can quickly move to the panel to make minor adjustments.
