Lightroom CC which files are stored in cloud

I upload images to my iPad when I travel. When I get home I open Lightroom Classic and transfer the images to my external drive. I no longer need them in the cloud. But now I want to clear my measly 100gb of cloud storage and have no way of knowing which files are stored full res on the cloud. It would be great to be able to filter the photos on the web or Lightroom CC by which are stored on the cloud full res via smart previews.
