Lightroom CC Web: There are no presets or profiles on lightroom.adobe.com

I usually sync up collections from Lightroom classic CC  to the cloud, so I can work on my photos for grading or basic settings on the web or my ipad.

Suddenly today I logged into lightroom.adobe.com, selected an image to edit and I have no presets loading, and the only Colour Profile is Adobe Color. Is there an issue, or have these been taken away?

No, they should still be there. I just checked and they're showing up for me, so perhaps a screenshot would help narrow it down. Also click the Browse button to the left of the pop-up to see if they show up there?

You might be interested in a new feature released yesterday. If you install Lightroom CC on your desktop temporarily, you can import all of your LR Classic profiles and presets and it'll sync them up to the cloud so you can use them on the web or iPad too. You don't need to migrate your catalog or workflow over to CC desktop - just see it as a conduit to get profiles to the cloud.

Hmmmm, that looks like all of the sliders are unavailable too. Has the photo finished loading ok? Tried a different photo? I'd try a different browser as my next port of call.

No....all photos.....Interesting they have a new feature about uploading for CC, and don't tell Classic users - it hasn't been on any releases I have seen as a new feature. I find lightroom Classic sooooooo slooooooow, but once in the cloud super fast to grade and auto tone. So having the ability to have profiles and favourite presets on mobile is really great news!

It only came out yesterday, so I'm sure you'll hear more about it over the next few days. Adobe's not adding new sync functionality to LR Classic, as it's primary focus is desktop editing, so it won't show up in the Classic What's New screen.

If there aren't too many advanced features you use in Lightroom Classic, you might even consider moving your whole workflow over to the Lightroom CC ecosystem. It's much more streamlined than trying to sync with Classic.

When you say they don't work, you mean you can't see them? or you click on them and nothing happens?

My Presets just don't load, none of the basic ones and the profiles section is greyed out and the only profile available is Adobe Color in the dropdown

A week later, and I still cant edit in the web version as there are no presets loading, and I have no profiles. I have cleared my cache, am I the only person with this problem now?

Kim, have you tried another browser? Ignoring presets for a moment, do the sliders themselves load in another browser?

Though it's possible to find custom profiles on Lightroom CC Web, these are not loaded automatically when they've been applied on a picture with the regular desktop version of Lightroom CC. Is it a bug ?
